We genuinely believe that Veretec offers a unique service to the construction industry. We focus on projects at post planning, normally from RIBA Stage D onwards.
Veretec is an innovative development by AukettFitzroyRobinson to respond to this situation. It has been formed as an independent architectural consultancy to provide contracting organisations and other members of the construction industry with the services of a unique company, established to address fundamental changes and market trends within the building industry and dedicated to successful project delivery.
Veretec has established an enviable track record in documenting and delivering complex projects, embracing a wide range of building sectors and construction philosophies. In doing so, Veretec has built a relationship with contracting organisations and gained a reputation for establishing seamless integration within the procurement team. We have established a range of delivery skills which can be brought to each project during the design development stages.

Comprising due diligence, tender and design audits and design verification reports.
- Project Delivery Architects
Providing design development delivery teams to both contractors’ and concept architects, particularly geared to Design & Build procurement.
- Contract Documentation
Reviewing or assisting with the compilation of Design & Build Contractor Proposals and/ or technical feasibilities.
- Design Management
Construction stage design management (both on site and off site)
We can tailor our services to meet the individual needs of both clients and specific project constraints.
Our teams are comprised of experienced design aware technical architects or architectural technologists who only carry out project delivery. We therefore do not have the problem of teams trying to switch roles and focus between delivery and concept responsibilities on alternating projects.
We aim to facilitate a seamless working relationship with concept design architects, developers and main contractors. We seek to compliment and reinforce the input of these parties at all stages, but in particular during the post-concept and Stage D planning stages.
