Personal profile
Richard has been with the AukettFitzroyRobinson Group for 14 years since joining Aukett in 1993. He joined Veretec following the successful merger of Aukett and Fitzroy Robinson in April 2005.

Richard’s Design management skills provide for the benefit of Contractors and Architect’s overview of Design Team Control and extensive AutoCAD expertise provides the technical background necessary today.

Representative experience
Richard has worked on a range of highly challenging projects since joining Veretec.  These include the modernisation and conversion of Northumberland Avenue premises into a Luxury Hotel and student accommodation; the mixed use development behind the retained facade of Regent Street and Swallow Street; and the Arc mixed used development in Bury St.Edmunds.
